Welcome to the ETA Tribe! 

ETA Women's Boot Camps combine efficient, calorie-torching, intense, muscle-toning, core-strengthening, high-impact movements, to create one-of-a-kind workouts! We pack all of this into a 45 minute class that will leave you drenched in sweat and stronger for it! 

Get ready for an intense, ultra-efficient workout that will give you RESULTS. 


We get it. You’re busy. There’s no time to spend all day at the gym. With our ETA team you can keep it quick and simple! You’ll knock out effective strength and stamina workouts, including a solid warm-up and movement prep, in under an hour! The classes are led by instructors, who not only thrive in this position, but absolutely love what they do! They will push you beyond any limit you thought you had, in a unique blend of entertainment, strength and sisterhood. 


This year we've included yoga into the bootcamp rotation, have added more class times to keep it convenient and have introduced FREE CHILDCARE available to all of our clients!
