Bootcamp- Group sessions. Each class is different so you wont get bored! The classes are kept small for a reason- our trainers want to get to know you, your strengths and your health and fitness goals! Sessions vary between HIIT style, circuit-training, Tabata, bootcamp and athletic-inspired workouts. We always look to challenge you, keep you inspired and motivated! All fitness levels welcome.
Booty By Bumpus- Like all of our sessions, the BBB classes are unique to our fitness programs at ETA! Jen Bumpus (creator) switches it up and keeps sessions and clients sculpting and building in all of the right places! She incorporates high-intensity and strength exercises, but consistently focuses on lower body and core. This is an hour long class! The first fifteen minutes are meant to get your body warmed up, and then we get right into the instructor-lead workout. You will love how your body responds to Jen's Booty By Bumpus exercise regimen!
Strength- WOMEN'S ONLY strength sessions.These classes are designed with beginners to advanced athletes in mind. All levels are accommodated. Slower paced, strength-appropriate exercises and with mobility and longevity in mind.
Yoga- Improve balance, core strength and flexibility by adding in yoga at ETA! This routine works on flexibility, balance, agility, endurance, core and overall strength-all tools that help prevent injury and aid in recovery.
