Part of social distancing means getting creative with getting moving. ETA Women's Boot Camp now offers LIVE virtual fitness sessions in addition to our popular Small Group sessions!
Our goals is to give our members the opportunity to workout and the accountability to hit health and fitness goals- yes, even during a global pandemic :)
Sessions vary between HIIT style, circuit-training, Tabata, bootcamp and athletic-inspired workouts. We always look to challenge you, keep you inspired and motivated!
